I study the economics of the energy transition, currently focusing on the cost of green hydrogen mandates. My research builds on 12 years of experience in Indonesia's upstream oil and gas sector and an MBA focused on energy and sustainability.
About
I am an independent researcher based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Before moving into energy economics, I spent 12 years in Indonesia's upstream oil and gas sector at CNOOC SES and Pertamina Hulu Energi OSES, working in production engineering, artificial lift, project evaluation, and field operations.
I completed an MBA at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, with the Energy & Sustainability track and coursework in finance, economics, operations, and quantitative methods. My current research focuses on hydrogen economics and power-sector costs. I plan to pursue doctoral study in energy economics and policy.

What Does a Green Hydrogen Mandate Cost? Evidence from the Intermountain Power Project
A techno-economic study of hydrogen production at the Intermountain Power Project. The paper compares grid-connected and renewable-only production pathways and estimates the cost imposed by the project's green hydrogen requirement. Submitted to the International Journal of Hydrogen Energy.
